The first space under the general settings tab while adding a new Employee asks for their Name and Position

The Phone box allows users to input different ways to reach their employees

• NOTE you can add as many phone numbers, locators, and addresses as you like.

The Locators box acts as a good secondary way to contact employees. Locators can be twitter handles, Facebook addresses, personal email addresses, exc.

The Address box is another place where administrators can put information about there employees.

• NOTE If you enter a United States zip code into the correct box, Cyrious Online will automatically fill in the correct city and state that corresponds.
