The CoETL service is a transport layer between Cyrious Online and an individual Control Database. This page will describe some of the configuration steps necessary to have a successful import of data that is not using the name match functionality.

ID Maps can be added prior to import in order to map an entity from Cyrious Online to an entity in Control. For example, Bob's Sign Company (Cyrious Online Business) adds a new company Joe's Tire Shack.

Once logged in, you will need to chose what table you are mapping.

After choosing your table, a list of the existing ID Maps will appear similar to what is shown here:

To add a new ID Map, click the Add button, and a popup will show.

To set the Online ID, you will use the field labeled EagleID. This can be found in the URL for most entities in Cyrious Online. You will also need to know the ID for the matching Control entity. This will need to be obtained from SQL. If you aren't comfortable in SQL or don't have access to your server, click coetl_sql_reportsfor SQL Reports that can be setup in your system to gain this information without server access.

To delete an ID Map click the X button at the end, you will prompted to confirm the delete.

  • Companies - You should map any Companies setup for online business.
  • Employees - You should map any employees set as salespeople for an Online Company.
  • Products - If a product is setup with a name that matches a Control Product, CoETL will map them using their names. If you would like to add their IDs for added security, you can do that. Additionally, if you want multiple Online Products to use the same Control Product, you will want to map them based on IDs.
